The Design Studio appointments are among the highlights of our Home Buying Experience Program. We invite you to bring your design ideas, color preferences and even some of yosr favorite furnishings.

Come and immerse yourself in a delightful world of finishes, treatments and design choices. Room by room, item by item, you will make the selections that reflect your own lifestyle. Will it be chrome fixtures for the bath? Upgraded counters and cabinets for the kitchen? Berber or plush pile carpeting for the living room? The decisions are all up to you.

You can choose from an exciting variety of styles and finishes in areas ranging from lighting and cabinets to flooring and appliances, and to make it oh-so-easy, a Bozzuto Design Coordinator is available to offer advice and guide you every step of the way.

From I-495 (Capital Beltway) take the Kenilworth Avenue exit towards Bladensburg. On the exit, bear right and stay in the exit lane to take an immediate left onto Greenbelt Road (Route 193). Proceed through one light and turn left onto Walker Drive. Proceed to the building on the left.
